Mother with Child

Patinated Bronze 1/10

The influence of English sculptor Henry Moore is evident in this piece created and cast in bronze at the Rangel-Gomez studio in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico in 1999. It expresses the strength and power of a woman's role in creation.

A "liver of sulphur" patina has been burned into the bronze surface.
