The Kiss

Indiana Limestone

One of the most famous sculptures in the world is Brancussi's "The Kiss". Although I admire the piece, I find the sculpture very linear and block-like and in need of more gender definition. My piece was initiated in a stone carving class taught by Douglas Stephens at the Haliburton School of the Arts.
